I Wanted to be Invisible

I still wake up!! It’s been 1.45 am. But I can’t close my eyes. Something happened lately have given this side effect for me. I’m Insomnia. T_T

Few days ago were a hard day for me. I got a very “special news” about my job. I didn’t know whether it was a rejection or just a deferment for me. But it perfectly made me down. As a human being, sometimes I feel that I’m being in the darkness part of the world. I thought that I was desperate, hopeless, fruitless, and miserable. Actually I really hate person like that, but at that kind of moment I became that person, hopeless.

Everything just made me feels so bad. At that moment, I only wanted to be invisible, like Susan Storm Richard (Jessica Alba), as the invisible woman in Fantastic Four. I wanted to run. But I have nowhere to go.

I’m glad that I was born as a girl who always able to “Wake up” quickly. I’m lucky having someone who always beside me helping me to face the truth. I tried to realize that everything happened is not that bad. I know that God always has a plan for us. A plan that we don’t know yet what it is. But surely, it will be great.

I bravely state that I succeed staying away from that darkness part. Because I believe that there is a light after a dark. There is a rainbow after a storm. You’re not alone. If you think that you don’t have anybody, then you’re wrong. You still have God who never stop listening to our pray.

I’m waiting for God’s plan for me that I don’t know yet. But I know that I learn something that very valuable today. Think positive! I swear it make me feel much better. It’s your turn now, friend ^_^

I have a special homework now: stopping my mind to (still) think about that at bed. Insomnia will make me look so bad tomorrow. I will have a date, need to be perfect. Hahaha (Don't be too serious laa, I'm okay now) *wink*

Roti Goreng Isi Bumbu Kari

Sudah lama gak posting resep. Sejak pulang dari Miyazaki, udah gak terlalu sering eksperimen di dapur. Soalnya udah ada masakan ibu yg tiada duanya kelezatannya. Hehehe..

Kemaren2 sebenernya beberapa kali baking. Bikin soes jepang kyk dulu, sempat nyoba bikin pizza, brownies kukus, macaroni schotel, bola2 coklat, kue lebaran dll. Tapi waktu itu gak kefoto & lagi blogging blue. Huehehe.. Kyk baking blue aja :D

Oke deh, langsung saja, resep pake jurus ngawur ala diriku. Berawal dari adanya roti tawar yang ngga disentuh orang rumah, gara2 rasanya yg gak enak. (Salah beli niy ceritanya). Disulap dikit, laris juga akhirnya ^_^

Bahan:

• Roti Tawar 10 lembar
• wortel ukuran kecil 2 bh, potong dadu kecil
• kentang ukuran kecil 2 buah, potong dadu kecil
• 3 potong dada ayam, rebus, potong dadu kecil
• Bawang putih 3 siung, geprek
• Bawang merah 3 siung, iris halus
• Saus tomat 1 Sdm
• Saus sambal 1 Sdm
• Serbuk Kari 1 Sdm
• Seledri 1 batang, iris halus
• Kaldu ayam 200 ml
• Telur & tepung panir secukupnya
• Garam, merica, secukupnya
• 1/2 sdm tepung kanji, larutkan dengan 1 sdm air

Cara Membuat Isi Bumbu Kari

• Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dengan mentega hingga harum
• Masukkan saus tomat, saus sambal dan serbuk kari, aduk rata
• Masukkan kentang dan wortel
• Masukkan air kaldu, garam dan merica masak hingga setengah matang
• Masukkan potongan ayam, masak hingga kentang dan wortel cukup lunak
• Masukkan seledri
• Tambahkan larutan tepung kanji, aduk rata.

Cara Membuat Roti Goreng

• Potong roti tawar menjadi 4 bagian
• Siapkan 2 bagian, isi tengahnya dengan isian bumbu kari
• Olesi roti yang telah terisi isian bumbu kari dengan telur kocok, lapisi dengan tepung panir, ulangi proses ini sekali lagi
• Goreng dengan api kecil hingga roti berwarna kekuningan
• Sajikan dengan cabai rawit atau saus sambal

Happy New Year 2009

I think it's my favorite quote. "Time goes so fast". I don't know whether that's really a quote or something that just made by my imagination. Hahaha. But It's true, isn't it ? It's been 2009 now.

It feels like yesterday, that exactly last year I was surprise it'd been 2008. And I do it again today. Surprising the new year has come. I bet I will do the same again in every new year for all my life. LoL...

My new year eve is awesome. I spent it with my friends from Formasi, my boyfriend and also my little sister. The city was very crowded, everyone tried to celebrate new year with their own way.

We went outside a little bit late, so we were trapped in a fu**in' crazy traffic jam. It made my new year become so special. Exactly at 00.00 am, January 1st 2009, I was in the middle of thousand cars being trapped in those traffic jam while seeing unseen new year fireworks. How lucky I was. Hahaha (I supposed to say how poor I was, LoL) But it's fine. Spending new year with people that I love was more than everything for me.

2008 was great. I got almost everything I want, more that my expectation. Alhamdulillah. I made some resolutions for last year. And thanks God, I got 'em all. I haven't made my 2009 resolutions yet. I'm thinking of it. But for sure, I want to be a better person, get a better life, a better career.

Happy mother day

In Indonesia we celebrate mother's day every December 22. It's different for each country. The celebration Mother's Day on various days of the year because the day has a number of different origins. More than 75 countries in the world celebrate Mother's day on second Sunday of May including USA, Japan, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, etc. Middle east countries, most of them celebrate Mother's Day on March, 21. Another country has their own mother day based on their own history. You can check out another mother's day around the world here.

Just like Indonesia. We celebrate it today. Why ? It refers to a history. Long time ago, (once upon a time. hahaha) there was a National Congress of Indonesian Women, held in Yogyakarta started from 22 December 1928. Oow.. it's been 81 years now. And the story began. I'm not interest to tell you about either the story or the history. I also don't want to know more. Hahaha

Today I plan to buy a bouquet of flower for mom. I will cook for today's meal. Trying become a mother for one day. Hahaha...

Happy mother day Mom. You're the greatest mom ever. I'm sorry for being naughty sometimes. I'm so lucky having you who always support me even though I did mistakes. No more words to say. I'm speechless. Thank you mom...

I'm not in a good mood to write. So I decide to end this note here.

PS. It will be new year 9 days to go. Time goes sooooo fast...Oh nooooo

Where Have I Been...?

Hello everyone..
Long time no see. It's been more than 4 month since not writing in this blog. No updates, no new stories, no new recipes. I've been in Indonesia, my lovely country. I dont know how to express my feeling. I dont know how happy I was being in my home, met my family, my college friends. It was wonderful. But I couldn't deny that I was so sad leaving Miyazaki. I had found a new family there, new great friends, and everything... All of them are gift of my life.

So, it's December now. Where have I been for this long? I really wanted to write, but no time. Hahaha.. I wonder how busy I was. No, just kidding. I was not that busy. Just, didn't feel that I should update everything on my Blog. I just enjoyed my time.

1st month.. (August)
- everyone realized that I was getting fat. hahaha
- hanging out with my friends
- Started to re-study my thesis and prepare for graduation day

2nd month.. (september)
- My graduation day... Finally ^_^
- it was ramadhan with my family. I was happy

3rd Month.. (october)
- Idul Fitri, with my family, with my boyfriend... What a wonderfull moment ^_^
- One step forward with my boyfriend's family.
- Started to find a job.
- Attended some job fairs, job exhibitons, job placement test.
- Mobile from Malang - Surabaya - Bandung - Jakarta

4th Month.. (November)
- I was finally 23 years old.. Aaargh..
- Still travelling from jakarta - Malang, still as a job seeker
- Got a result from one company.

And this December.. I'm still the same. I haven't started my job yet. So I think I still have a chance to try another better opportunity for my career. :p Wish me luck.

I hope I can keep my blog update. Bcoz I miss writing and sharing my simple stories. I will keep it all, and someday when I want to remember everything I've done, I know where I can find it.

Sayonara

I leaved Miyazaki. I was soooo sad. I love that lovely city. I love my friends around me. I will miss them all.

I`m in Yamanashi now. In my Auntie`s house. I`m going to go back home on 14th. It`s time for me to go back home. I will continue my life, I will study hard to graduate soon, then find a job. Wish me luck..

my Last Weekend in Miyazaki

This Saturday I will leave this lovely city, with lovely peoples around me. I know I`ll be sad. But life`s must go on. I will miss every single thing that I found here. I will miss every single moment of my sadness, loneliness, and bunch of happiness. I will not forget all the kindness of great peoples and my lovely friends here.

In my last minutes in Miyazaki, I`m still busy finishing my journal. I`m still preparing my presentation for Inter Cultural Meeting on Tuesday : Tomorrow. Ganbarimasu !!!

I`m lucky having great peoples around me. They made farewell activities for me in my last week in Miyazaki. Last Saturday Aiki Sensei invited me to see Yamabiko Hanabi Taikai (山彦花火大会)　or Mountain Echo Fireworks Festival in Nishimera. Needed 2 hours by car. The fireworks was awesome. It was the best fireworks that I ever seen.

Then on Sunday everyone invited me to have farewell activity. I had lunch with Indonesian Families in Carino and than had interesting conversation, finished at afternoon. Then directly went to have dinner with Sayaka, Moemi & Asaki. Continuing with karaoke. Both of Indonesian Families and Sayaka`s family only have time on Sunday. (Pat-san & Wan-kun.. I`m sorry, I wasn`t able to go to AEON with you guys)

Today I go to Miyazaki Governmental Office to close my Insurance. Reserving the seat for my international fligt. Than continuing my journal & my presentation. I`m so tired today.

For the rest days in Miyazaki I need to do :

• Clean up my room
• Packing (aaarrgh.. !!!)
• Sending my suitcases to Narita
• Closing my Mobile Phone account and also bank account

Enough for today.. Need to continue writing my journal. Yosh.. がんばれ！！
